Project Manager in Europe
The European office of the international human rights agency West Support was founded in 2021. Hub offices are located in Warsaw, Poland. The goal is to fight for human rights and democratic values in Eastern Europe led by authoritarian regimes. Understanding how democratic traditions are built is fundamental. Otherwise, errors in the organization of this process lead to opposite results. To implement this program, West support offices were opened in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine.
WEST SUPPORT provides information and analysis on human rights, political and security developments in Europe, transatlantic relations and Europe's global role. WEST SUPPORT provides independent insights and interdisciplinary expertise that bring together national, regional and global perspectives.

Regional Election Observation Program
Impartial, credible election observers play a key role in shaping perceptions about the quality and legitimacy of electoral processes.
Election observation missions start long before election day, with experts and long-term observers analyzing election laws, assessing voter education and registration, evaluating fairness in campaigns, and monitoring the impact of social media. On election day, observers assess the casting and counting of ballots. In the days and weeks after the election, observers monitor the tabulation process, electoral dispute resolution, and the publication of final results.
